HIGHLIGHT OF THE MONTH
Winter Festivals
January may be one of the coldest months in Japan but let's give it a twist and turn the season into the warmest winter with a visit to these winter festivals.
SPOT HIGHLIGHT
Iiyama Kamakura Festival
Making use of Iiyama’s high snowfall, around 20 kamakura snow huts are built to create the Kamakura Snow Dome Village. Apart from the festival, visitors can also enjoy a unique experience of eating delicious noroshi nabe hotpot inside a kamakura at the Restaurant Kamakura Village between late January to late February.
